WHY ESTA?

ESTA is a unique soccer institution with a real plan for future development and producing quality soccer players. Our program was developed from researching the current soccer programs/clubs in Tampa bay area   and witnessing the numerous systematic mistakes each program/club makes and ultimately produces non-successful player development.

What we offer?

As a very important part of our philosophy, we are committed to offering appropriate soccer training and structural methodology. Our philosophy can be adapted to any age, gender, previous experience, current soccer knowledge and future interest in soccer.

Our players join for the opportunity to be trained under the ESTA philosophy. We implement a serious training philosophy while providing opportunities for competition.  ESTA provides tactical and technical situations in which all players are individually ranked according to their test results and skill level for particular playing positions.

  We participate in tournament competition and FCL  This provides our players the opportunity to be exposed in front recruiters who are looking for quality players to enhance their program. This program provide to our players  three times more games than average league play.

ESTA membership includes:

·         11 months commitment and 4 training sessions per week.

·         Step by step development for the all age groups and lead them from basic entry level soccer, to master level from soccer school, finally to master competition level.

·         Individualized technical, tactical and fitness testing.

·         Off field free educational support (i.e.: tutoring, specific nutritional guidelines, basic injury prevention, tactical theory lessons etc).

·         Free soccer day camps.

·         *International soccer tours.

*Requires additional funding by the players/parents.

What is “Open gate” philosophy?

 Our philosophy is based on our ability to keep the player in the club by providing quality training, organization, and honest communication. We are able to release any player upon request at any time. We are able to offer a different kind of MEMBERSHIP depending on the player 

ESTA philosophy is based on real soccer commitment, proposition test results and skill. ESTA is not a pay to play academy.

ESTA works diligently to incorporate parents, family members and/or guardians to be a part of the academy experience.  Therefore, ESTA does not tolerate any type of negativity or harassment from parents, family members and/or guardians. This type of conduct may result in the release of a player from our program.
